All sessions are conducted either by telephone or in person at the office located in Houston, Texas. Sessions typically last between forty-five minutes to one hour. It is important to note that phone appointments are just as effective as in person readings. Notes are taken for both in person readings and phone readings and will either be given to you at your appointment or mailed to an address that you provide. You are also welcome to bring a tape recorder, should you wish to have an audio taping of your appointment. Appointments are booked during the week Monday through Friday, with various times available throughout the day. Typically, the first appointment offered is 10:00 am, and the last at 1:30 pm. Please be aware that these specific hours help to promote a healthy balance of family, work, and play and that weekend/evening appointments will be offered when and if available. All appointments are booked using Central Standard Time (CST) however; special consideration will be given to accommodate international appointments in differing time zones. You may make a request for an appointment by phone (713.299.0461) or by email (www.elizabethpicone.com). Every effort is made to return all calls and e-mails within 24-48 hours. Please be patient when awaiting a response and know that every call received is important and returned as soon as possible. 
In the event that you are unable to keep your appointment, please send notification either by phone or email within 24 hours of your intended session. As long as the forfeited appointment is filled, you will not have any further obligation. If notification of cancellation is not given, and the appointment time you relinquish is not re-booked, you will be held financially responsible for the missed appointment. If booking a phone consultation, please make arrangements for payment to be received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment in order to keep your time slot. If payment is not made, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and offer it to someone on the waiting list. 
It is with a grateful heart that I am able to share my gifts with you, devote my time to your healing, and offer this unique exchange of energy. The fee for a sitting is $250 and acceptable forms of payment include checks, cash, or money orders. In an effort to reach across all financial gaps, and include everyone who wishes to participate, no one will ever be turned away due to financial hardships. A sliding scale will be used when needed to ensure that everyone has a fair and equal opportunity to experience the healing benefits of mediumship. 
A portion of all private readings are donated to charities that support the health and balance of the universe. You may also choose to create a ripple of goodness by purchasing a gift certificate and passing it on to someone you love. These healing and transformational gifts of love can be mailed either to the original purchaser or directly to the lucky recipient.  |
